Currently MD consists of only one man with the support of his loving wife. As we stand, the plan is to have 9 members total. This is subject to change.

The criteria used for the determination of eligibility is focused around the individual’s own personal merits, political stance, education, work history, reasonableness, self restraint, and prior involvement with community level organization, etc. (in no particular order)

The Chairman of the Board, is voted-in by the board members.

After a Board Member makes the determination that a CLEAR AND PRESENT threat exist due to Natural Disaster, Invasion, or Tyranny, the Board as a whole votes; on both increasing the M-DEFCON Level, and whether or not to Activate MEAN.

THE SOLE PURPOSE of MEAN is to immediately provide clear and concise ​information to the general public related to an Emergency event. Depending on the type of Emergency, The alert could contain: All known information relating to the emergency, Local points of contact, Request for assistance with rescue or relief, Rallying instructions, Who and where the enemy, is located, etc.

Contained in the alert, was all relevant information regarding an active Emergency within the United States and, which requires Militia Intervention.

2. Are you willing to assume any/all moral, financial, and legal risks, responsibilities, or liability associated with or resulting from your actions?
3. Is your decision to act of your own volition and made with a clear conscience?
